A six-time DUI offender is likely going back to prison.

Michael Ramirez, 43, of Concord was convicted Feb. 26 in El Dorado County Superior Court of two counts of felony driving under the influence and three counts of driving on a suspended license. He had been arrested in the county last summer on the driving under the influence charge.

According to the district attorney’s office, Ramirez had four prior driving under the influence convictions, including a prior felony driving under the influence conviction. In the last 10 years he has been in prison twice.

Sentencing is scheduled for April 6.

Put him away he says… Out of sight, out of mind! Lets not even try to council this individual. Nope, it is off to the gallows for you. Prison will definitely help for alcoholism. Prison always has the best forms of addiction treatment, I hear… I guess ignorance truly is bliss.

metal: SERIOUSLY??? He’s a SIX time offender!!! This idiot doesn’t get it!! NO DOUBT he was to complete all the ‘counseling’ from the FIVE previous offenses. It’s part of his probation. Maybe YOU should take him in and offer to turn him around. You are the poster child for offering these dangerous drivers yet more and more chances. Then when he kills one of your family members or an innocent citizen, you can offer even more words for him to ignore. You are a pathetic Liberal.
