Nutrition lecture

Lynn Norton with Barton Health Nutrition Services will give a talk Dec. 2 from 6-7pm that includes nutrition tips to minimize cancer risk, myths and facts about body composition, physical activity, plant-based foods, animal products, alcohol, and supplements. The free lecture will be in the board room of Lake Tahoe Community College.
