South Tahoe High School student Angelee Brown received first place in the CaliforniaStreaming.org Digital Photography Contest  and finalist in the National Geographic photography competition that had more than 1,800 entries. Brown’s black and white photo of her little sister caught the judge’s attention. The photograph titled “Playing Dress Up” was submitted in the student category.
