WyGant pleads not guilty to kiddie porn charges
Former South Lake Tahoe fire Capt. Mark WyGant pleaded not guilty Friday afternoon in U.S. District Court to charges related to child pornography.
The 44-year-old Chico resident faces six charges involving sexual exploitation and attempted sexual exploitation of minors.
Days after his Jan. 29 arrest he resigned from the department. A thumb drive with thousands of pictures of young girls as well as videos of them was discovered in a locker at the station where WyGant worked.
He remains in federal custody in Sacramento.

I guess a fireman’s honor only runs skin deep for some. Be a man and accept what comes. If I remember correctly, you already owned up to it. If you can fight fires, then fight your scum lawyer’s advice, plead guilty and go away for the sake of your family and your department.
The original article says “South Lake Tahoe fire Capt. Mark WyGant has been charged with receipt of child pornography.” And “WyGant has been placed on paid administrative leave.” Now that he’s resigned, is he still on the payroll?

QUIT splicing and dicing the issues, just get focused. Hire local, HONEST, QUALIFIED, ADULTS with proven integrity to foster the same in our community.
I personally am sick and tired of spending, millions???? on these defective tax sucks. Do we want to keep supporting, the unqualified, corrupt, decietful, creatures that get pushed off from other areas?????
