Replica of Vietnam memorial coming to Douglas County
The Moving Wall, a half-size replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C., is coming to the Carson Valley in 2018.
It will be at Eastside Memorial Park in Minden from May 31 to June 6. It will be erected on the back lawn.
People will be able to view the wall 24 hours a day.
Details about the opening ceremony will be forthcoming.
