Placer County moving forward with area plan

Public comments are being taken on draft Tahoe Basin Area Plan and Notice of Preparation of a draft environmental impact report/environmental impact study for the proposed Tahoe Basin Area Plan and Tahoe City Lodge pilot project.

The Placer Area Plan will cover the entire North Shore geography with one plan and governing ordinances. This will change the complexion of the North Shore.Please read the document carefully and provide public testimony to the various agencies
