Could the County BOS be any more oblivious? Their budget is overspending by about $ 1.3 million per month. Mostly caused by hiring more people than they can afford. How does that translate to hiring more people? Only in the rarefied world of politics.
Dumbfounded…. the article speaks of recruiting for one position that is currently being filled on a temporary basis – that of Chief Administrator Officer being TEMPORARILY held by Pamela Knorr. Not standing up for the BOS (who seem to mis-connect a lot), but hopefully they will be able to recruit a Chief Administrator who has a clean and GREAT background. El Dorado County needs remedial help!
