NICE PLACE relocate to Hawaii compared to Tahoe, Be very aware of the Premo Warriors, they still rule quite bit the culture there..

Hawaii is a state in the US. Obviously. I don’t CARE who the original inhabitants were… because all the people who live here NOW are AMERICANS. I am a “haole” MAIN LANDER WHEN i LIVED THERE and have experienced nothing but this weird passive-aggressive attitude coming from the locals. Many people in America have been faced with troubling times.. or have been given the short end of the stick, when they probably deserved more. I’m from a family of immigrants and you can be sure that they faced times of poverty and got used/stepped on by ****ty people. So they persevered and my family isn’t wealthy, but everyone is doing just fine. That’s just the way the world WORKS! These native Hawaiians need to stop whining and hating. I came here not knowing what the locals would treat me like– I had no preconceived notions whatsoever… But, as a result of their attitudes toward me, my opinion of them is definitely a low one.
They need to get off their butts and just do something. When my ancestors were discriminated against by conquerors or new kings/government, they made the best of it- OR- they moved! To America, to start over. Maybe the Hawaiians could go somewhere where they can afford to live. No, its not FAIR, but life isn’t fair.
From what I’ve read, it sounds like the locals are teaching their children to whine about their situation and hate anyone doing better than them. Maybe instead of forcing the kids to learn all about Hawaiian culture in school, they could teach them something that will actually help them in the world they live in NOW.
