Voters will have choices in each of the Nov. 8 races on the South Shore.

Business owner Kelly Sheehan is challenging Dale Rise for his seat on the South Tahoe Public Utility District board.

electionMarylou Mosbacher is stepping down from that board. Going after that seat are retired district employee Claude Gunsch, homemaker Mary Kortge, business owner John Runnels, and engineer Randy Vogelgesang.

Lake Tahoe Unified School Distict incumbents Sue Novasel, Larry Green and Mike Doyle are being challenged by student Michael Bischoff.
