Heavenly execs work the line at Bread & Broth

Heavenly Mountain Resort’s senior staff left the mountain and converged in the kitchen at Bread & Broth this week to serve more than 75 locals in need of a hot meal.

In addition to providing volunteers to cook, serve meals and clean dishes at St. Theresa’s Grace Hall, Heavenly also donated $250 to sponsor the evening, with a promise from Blaise Carrig, COO at Heavenly and the evening’s chief bottle washer, for another $500 to go toward new pots and pans.

Carrig, Michael Allen, Casey Blann, Brandy Thomson, Steve Turner, Russ Mortellaro, Paul Pfotenhauer and Les Marsh brought an all hands on deck attitude and infectious enthusiasm to the job for the year’s first Adopt a Day of Nourishment, according to Bread & Broth officials.
