2 arrests in CVS robbery at South Tahoe

Two South Lake Tahoe men have been arrested for allegedly robbing the CVS Pharmacy on Emerald Bay Road on Dec. 27 and for a Dec. 16 residential robbery near the state line. Kyle Shannon and Stuart Miller, both 22, were booked into the El Dorado County Jail in South Lake Tahoe on multiple robbery charges.
