Tahoe Best Friends’ Howloween Party is Nov. 1 starting at 2:30pm, 2197 Ruth Ave., South Lake Tahoe. There will be a costume contest for dogs and people. Bobbling for Howl’owennies (for dogs), dog dancing contest, face-licking contest, best trick, musical sits and more.
