The Gold Bug Quilt Guild is having its quilt show on Sept. 6-7.

This year the show will include a country store. There will be many vendors, a featured exhibit by the Placerville Historical Museum, a basket boutique, silent auction, refreshments, demonstrations and more.

It will be at the Church of the Foothills, 2380 Merrychase Drive, Cameron Park.

Admission is $7 (includes both days) with children and gentlemen free.

Directions:

• Highway 50 West from South Lake Tahoe – Take Cambridge Road, Exit 34. At the end of the off-ramp, keep going straight through the Cambridge Road intersection onto Merrychase Drive, the church is at the end of the road on the left, just before Merrychase takes a hard right.
