Easter dutch oven cooking demo
Park rangers at Mormon Station in Genoa on March 27 at 1pm will prepare a special ham with sides to share with visitors, and discuss how pioneers used the same cast iron cooking techniques in the 1850s. This event is free and all ages are welcome.
