·       Douglas County will host Retno Wulan from Indonesia and Manithaythip Thephavanh from Laos for short-term professional assignments, as they participate in the U.S. Department of State-sponsored Professional Fellows Program. The fellows will be in Douglas County from Oct. 10-Nov. 7.
