On Oct. 1 at 11am, South Lake Tahoe Friends of the Library welcome Tahoe historian Mark McLaughlin as he talks about his latest book, “Snowbound! Legendary Winters of the Tahoe Sierra”. It profiles the Top 10 snowiest winters since 1879, based on snowfall measured at Donner Pass. The talk is free at the library, 1000 Rufus Allen Blvd.
