Bike's Impact on Tahoe's Economy

The Bike’s Impact on Tahoe’s Economy will be the subject of a discussion May 20 from noon-1:30pm.

Biking and walking positively contribute to Lake Tahoe’s economy, but by how much? This talk will be a panel discussion on what is known about how biking and walking impact Tahoe’s economy.

The panel will be moderated by Ben Fish, president of the Tahoe Area Mountain Biking Association. Panelists include: Carol Chaplin, Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority; Curtis Fong, Bike the West; Gary Bell, Sierra Ski and Cycle Works; andJason Collin, Lake Tahoe South Shore Chamber of Commerce.

The free talk is in the Aspen Room at Lake Tahoe Community College.
