·      Nevada Assemblyman Jim Wheeler, R-Minden, introduced a bill that change the legal age to gamble from 21 to 18.

·      South Lake Tahoe City Councilmember Wendy David withdrew from the Cal-Tahoe JPA board and Councilmember Brooke Laine is now on it. Councilmember Tom Davis is now the city’s rep to the California-based chamber.

    So at 18 yrs old I will be able to gamble my earnings and college money away and start down an ugly path. Will I be able to drink away my depression from losing my money at 18 also ?
    Are Nevada casinos hurting so much they now have to go after 18 yr olds ?
