Winter drivers need to slow down! Visibility and slick roads make driving more precarious. Even in my neighborhood, folks who have lived here a long time are currently driving too fast….. SLOW DOWN!

    Irish,
How can you expect drivers to slow down when caltrans comes into South Lake Tahoe, determines drivers want to go faster and ups the speed limit on our roads ! And drivers still want to go faster. Reduce the speed limits all over town and in our neighborhoods !

a driver’s license doesn’t drive the car for you. pretty amazing that ‘qualified’ drivers do not have enough control of their vehicles to miss a 300 lb. bear…

Irish Wahini, People are driving WAY TOO FAST in Sierra Tract! The stop signs installed years ago at some intersections did’nt help with the speeding at all. Now the drvers just haul a@# from from one stop sign to the next. Dangerous for kids, walkers and joggers, pets and wildlife. If you walk your dog in this neighborhood stay WAY off to the side of the road.
My neighbors yell”Slow Down” to the the cars doing 50 plus in a residential area, but it’s to no avail.
Slow dow down and watch the intersections! OLS
