Douglas County Parks & Recreation Department and the Kiwanis Sunrisers of Lake Tahoe will be sponsoring the annual Halloween Carnival on Oct. 31 at Kahle Community Center in Stateline.

The free event is from 4-6:30pm.

Kids need to bring a trick or treat bag for carnival prizes and goodies.
