  1. Bill says:

Where does the Lake Tahoe Federal Advisory Committee (LTFAC) fit in with a few of the other agencies in the Tahoe Basin? I am wondering if the LTFAC communicated with Lake Tahoe Basin Managment Unit(LTBMU), Tahoe Regional Planning Agency(TRPA), Envirornmental Agency (EPA), California’s Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board(CLRWQCB), Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP), University California Davis (UCD), University of Nevada (UNR), Desert Research Institute (DRI), who are associated with the Tahoe Environmental Scientific System (TESS), Tahoe Research Group (TRG), Lake Tahoe Environmental Education Coalition (LTEEC), Tahoe Interagency Information Management System (TIIMS) or the Lake Tahoe Environmental Improvement Program (LTEIP)? Just wondering…..?

We want to make sure there is enough input given and time allotted before the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act (SNPLMA) Round 11 funds are used to save Lake Tahoe’s water quality. Maybe we can continue to use the majority of the funds for the salaries of the agencies personel for the next generation or two and let nature take its own course. ;)
